I obtained a BA degree in English (Intercultural Communication) from Jiangxi Normal University in 2018 and received an MA degree in TESOL from the University of Birmingham, the UK in 2019. In these years, I learnt about English and language teaching, such as the teaching methods, syllabus design and language teaching practice. Besides, I acquired knowledge about intercultural communication, including general IC learning and IC in teaching.  

After my postgraduate studies, I worked as an intern teacher in Nanchang Hangkong University in 2019. I taught General English and IELTS Reading courses, and I cooperated with foreign teachers for IELTS tutorial. Besides, I worked as a tutor in the study-abroad institution in Nanchang in 2018, mainly helping the IELTS candidates to practice speaking and writing skills.

My research interests include teaching methodology, second language acquisition, especially on individual differences, and intercultural communication in education.
