YANG Fan is a thirteen-year veteran lecturer, who began teaching in the New Oriental Education & Technology Group after graduation from Qiqihar University in 2007. Later, he worked as the leader of the English panel in an international school in Shenzhen where he organized English teaching and activities with his teammates from China and foreign countries. In 2016 he returned to campus and earned the MEd degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2017. Since then, he has served as an English lecturer in Neusoft Institute, Guangdong, where he taught English Grammar, English Writing, and Selected Readings from English and American Journals, etc. Up to now, he has achieved teaching awards in English competitions at different levels including FLTRP and SFLEP. Meanwhile, he has committed to student success and devoted his time to the instruction of students' competitions and helped his students achieve remarkable ranks. In addition to teaching, he has participated in several domestic and international conferences to share his research in the field of English language education.
